Variety is definitely the spice of life, and when the chance to get in on some off-road cycling action at Hit the North 4 in Manchester on last Saturday, I couldn't resist the chance to pop along and brush up my action photography skills and see how much mud I could accumulate on the day. Leaving the mountain bike behind, and moving around the on foot was challenging at times (re: mud, streams bogs - bikes running me over), I got a good look at the course from a few great locations.
